Kristen Haas
Kristen serves to make the Ohio Legal Group's Columbus office a first-rate local law firm by managing client needs, requests, and ensuring information is communicated between counsel and the clients.
She is our Delaware office's Case Manager and Office Manager.
If you have a problem she cannot solve, she will escalate the issue to the person who can, and ensure the issue is resolved timely.
My Story
Kristen is a client relations representative and consultation specialist with the firm.
Her title is Case Manager, but she supports the team in many ways while sustaining a pleasant disposition.
She is the primary point of contact for all current clients at the Delaware office, as well as potential clients that are exploring their options for representation. Kristen oversees case updates and communication and has an active role in criminal proceedings which gives her the ability to provide answers to questions efficiently through your case.
Kristen has an extensive background in both sales as well as customer service, which initially led her into her position at the Ohio Legal Group. She is experienced as an intake specialist at a drug and alcohol treatment facility helps incoming clients feel like their needs are taken seriously and provides an added level of comfort knowing our firm can offer the most holistic approach possible to serve the client as a whole.
